Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2pm EST will typically be fulfilled and shipped within 5 days. All orders received after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders places on Friday after 2PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.

Order cut-off times are provided as estimates. During busy times, or after emergency events such as fires or pandemics, orders may take longer to be processed.

Please keep in mind upgraded expedited shipping is the time that it takes to be delivered after the order has been processed and shipped. Expedited shipping is not the time that it takes to be delivered when the order is placed.

Guaranteed Shipping

If your order does not come by the date guaranteed (as stated on the website) during the month of December, ReadyPack will refund you for all shipping fees paid on your order. Please keep in mind that orders have to be placed by the time specified Eastern Standard Time.

Note: Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Procedures

Discounted shipping or flat shipping rate is not applicable to any free or promotional orders.

Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. ReadyPack is unable to reroute packages and is not responsible if the wrong address is accidentally ordered.

Once ReadyPack has released merchandise to the shipping carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. For questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your order once it has shipped, please contact the carrier directly.
