What makes ReadyPack different?
Preparedness without the panic. Compact, clearly labeled kits with only the useful stuff, plain language, and calm design.
Who are these kits for?
Real life: condos, commutes, campus, road trips. Start small with a MiniPack, and work up to a full 72-hour emergency kit as we launch more products!
Are these just first-aid kits?
No. They include first-aid and hydration, light, weather, and small utilities, so they’re useful beyond bandages.
Can I customize a kit?
Not yet. You can add Car, Dorm/Home, Winter, Kid, or Pet add-ons (when available) to tailor your kit.
How long do items last?
Tabs, meds, and sealed rations typically last 1–5 years. Check each package for its specific date.
How do I track expiries?
Each kit includes a tiny expiry strip. Mark dates for bars, meds, and tabs; check twice a year.
Are the food rations nut-free/allergy friendly?
Mini snacks are selected to be heat-stable and nut-free. Always check the label before use.
Are the masks medical-grade?
Kits include KN95 respirator masks for general air-quality events (e.g., smoke). They are not a substitute for fit-tested PPE.
Medical Advice?
Follow on-package instructions. When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
How do water purification tablets work?
One tab treats 1 litre. Use the fold-flat pouch, add a tab, wait the time on the packet (usually 30 mins), then drink.
Can I fly with the MiniPack?
Most items are fine in checked bags. Matches may not be allowed—remove them before flying and re-add later.
Where do you ship from?
Canada. Orders ship domestically.
How long does shipping take?
Typically 5-10 business days. You'll get a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.
Warranty?
If something arrives damaged or missing, we’ll replace it. Email us with your order number and a photo.
Can I buy in bulk for a team or event?
Email us for bulk pricing and timelines at hello@getreadypack.ca.
Do you offer gift notes?
Yes! Add a short note at checkout and we'll include it in the box. You can also email us at hello@getreadypack.ca to ask for a gift note if the product has not shipped yet.
Do you restock sold out colours?
We run in batches. If your colour is sold out, join the ReadyList for updates.
I used a few items, can I get a refill?
We offer refills for common items. Check the Refills category (coming soon).
How should I store the kit?
In a cool, dry place. A glove box, entryway drawer, backpack, etc. Avoid direct heat.
How often should I check my kit?
Twice a year.
