Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (if applicable)
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you find any issue with your items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help resolve the issue and/or replace the items.
Returns
Due to health and safety concerns, items that contain food, water, and first-aid cannot be returned.
Sale and Discounted Items
All sales are final. Sale, discounted, free, or promotional items when using a promotional code cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
In some cases, we may exchange items if they are reported defective or damaged on their arrival. If you need to report a problem and exchange the item, send us an email at hello@getreadypack.ca. We must be notified no later than 7 days of their arrival. We will respond with instructions how to proceed.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
